Add an Event: Student Orgs

UC San Diego student organizations now share events through the new centralized Events Calendar platform, powered by Localist. The former Tockify calendar has been retired. Student org events will be featured on the Student Life Calendar, a dedicated page showcasing student-focused activities.

What You Need to Do

1. Submit events using the Student Org Event Submission Form (log in using your UC San Diego SSO credentials).
2. Select “Student Life” as the group. Note that you must select “Student Life” in the Group field, or your event will not be published.
3. Wait for review and approval by the Student Life team.
4. Share this info with others in your organization.
